Greg's descriptions are clearly written and very easy to understand. As one of his frequent students at his school, I can say that it is almost as good as attending in person. An extremely informative book for any furniture maker.

enjoyed his Fine Woodworking articles

We have taken Gregory's Morris chair class, used his plans, enjoyed his Fine Woodworking articles, and own his other two books. This book is a major advancement and professional achievement; he provides insightful tips, top notch plans, and a pragmatic approach to woodworking. His masterful instruction separates this book from the many other woodworking books that we own. This is one book that every beginner and intermediate woodworker must to add to his/her collection!
